Is Windows Vista Really That Bad? - Opinions by ExtremeTech
At least there's two people (ME and this author) who thinks Vista is a better OS than a Mac or Ubuntu... all you need is decent and average (Quad-Core 3.25GHz, RAID 0 10,000rpm disks, 4GB RAM) PC like me!

Yes.. Vista really is that bad.. I look at it like these diet shows.. WindowsXP was the slightly obese, yet able to function person that needed to go on a diet, yet could really get away without it.. Vista is more like the people you see on Ripley's that are so obese that they need to be removed with jaws of life and a crane from their homes.
Needless to say, I'm not a fan.. :-)
But it has a cool clock and speedometer looking CPU utilization gizmos. What more could you want?!!
